Traditional Martial Arts evolves with modern mindsets and new ideas.

Traditional Shitō-ryū Karate Do

Shitō-ryū (糸東流) is a form of karate that was founded in 1934 by Kenwa Mabuni (摩文仁 賢和Mabuni Kenwa). Shitō-ryū is synthesis of the Okinawan Shuri-te and Naha-te schools of karate and today is considered one of the four main styles of the art. It has both hard and soft elements and is a great place to build from.

Bunkai and Kumite

Street fighting is hand-to-hand combat, between individuals or groups of people. The venue is usually a public place and the fight sometimes results in serious injury or occasionally even death. Skilled practitioners train this way with ultimate skill and respect for the other partners.

Growth through other studies

No one art is the end-all perfect art. As a matter of fact, Martial Arts is more about the practitioner than the art or style you study. By studying other arts you will expand your own practice. If you have a solid foundation adding systems like Kali, BJJ, Chinese Martial Arts and many others will give you endless ways to expand your practice.

Just like Iron, humans are forged with heat, pressure and art.

Whether you’re a beginner or expert in your art we can learn together every step of the way.
